Fun Day Sunday–Richard Armitage Character Quotes Trivia Game, 3/04/12 Fabi & Grati (Post # 143)

I/Grati started out early on with labeling my Sunday blog posts “Fun Day Sunday”.  And I usually have some game or other interactive feature involved with these posts–such as CRAzy Captioning, Mad Libs, RA Trivia, etc.   I hope that Richard Armitage doesn’t mind the sometimes fun and humorous ways we fans enjoy sharing our admiration for his artistic projects.  Afterall, RA seems like a nice bloke who doesn’t mind a joke now and then [(1) see picture right].

Well, after a few Sunday posts being devoted to my fiction stories, we return this Sunday to our Fun Day Sunday mode by popular request.   In fact, my most frequent commenter Fabi has graciously agreed to collaborate with me on today’s and some upcoming Fun Day Sunday posts.  So today we have an RA Character Quotes Trivia Game devised by Fabi–she did the “leg work” on the quotes and answers, I/Grati  just added the picture and formatting.  So let’s start off by thanking Fabi for her efforts.   Fabi, take bow!

The image below contains the directions for our RA Character Quotes Trivia Game.  To allow more people to participate, we ask that the early responders limit their guesses to two quotes and/or the Bonus Quote.   Then at 12noon CST (Illinois time), I/Grati will post a comment saying that you may guess as many quotes as you like.  Then 6 hrs later–at 6:00pm CST–I will post Fabi’s Answer Key.

Oh, and what is your “prize” for getting the most RA character quotes correct?   Bragging rights, of course!  Fabi and I will unofficially dub you our RA Character Quotes Trivia Queen or King.

Good luck!   And “Let the Games Commence!”  (Robin Hood Series 3, episode 5 title).

Note:  For easier viewing of the trivia game image below (2) , you might want to copy it to your computer by right clicking on the image and doing a file “save picture as”.

Update with Fabi’s Answer Key, 3/4/12

On behalf of Fabi and myself, thanks for playing everyone!

Congratulations to our Trivia Queen Winner Inge who had 10 out of 11 RA character quotes correct!

About Gratiana Lovelace

Gratiana Lovelace is my nom de plume for my creative writing and blogging. I write romantic stories in different sub genres. The stories just tumble out of me. My resurgence in creative writing occurred when I viewed the BBC miniseries of Elizabeth Gaskell's novel North & South in February 2010. The exquisitely talented British actor portraying the male lead John Thornton in North & South--Richard Crispin Armitage--became my unofficial muse. I have written over 50 script stories about love--some are fan fiction, but most are original stories--that I am just beginning to share with others on private writer sites, and here on my blog. And as you know, my blog here is also relatively new--since August 2011. But, I'm having fun and I hope you enjoy reading my blog essays and my stories. Cheers! Grati ;-> upd 12/18/11

  7. And folks,
    I had no clue myself what quotes 1, 4, 5, 6, and 11 were without Fabi’s answer key. So, I definitely would not be named “Queen of RA Character Quotes Trivia”–nor would I even be on the Princess Court. Ha!
    Have fun continuing to guess. I bow to your powers of memory–which are better than mine.

    • Hi Ana Cris,
      Thanks for your nice note. Hoping you had a fun and relaxing vacation. But it’s always nice to come home again. There will be plenty of opportunities for for you to participate in more Fun Day Sunday fun in the future.

      Fabi has already sent me a draft of her RA Crossword Puzzle game that I’ll post on March 25th. And she has another Fun Day Sunday post idea, too. She is amazing! And I’m tickled that she wants to play in my blog sandbox. Ha!

      I’ll be offline for a few hours prepping the Monday’s bundle of chapters for “Mr. Romance”. I plan to post installments of bundled chapters of “Mr. Romance” on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of this week so its storyline will conclude before FanstRAvaganza 3 starts. And I’m finalizing my posts for F3 as well. Whew!

      Cheers! Grati ;->
