We saw Richard Armitage’s BBC Breakfast Interview on July 14th (video courtesy of The Anglophile Channel) where he talked about his projects The Crucible, Into the Storm, and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies–known as the equally lengthy abbreviation THTBOTFA. Ha!
But did you also realize that Richard Armitage’s The Hobbit costar and 2nd Unit Director Andy Serkis (image right, courtesy of Serkis via Manchester Evening News) was waiting in the wings at BBC Breakfast to also talk about his upcoming projects, such as Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and THBOTFA? (BBC Breakfast Interview video courtesy of News Today Watch):
Well, the Manchester Evening News (MEN) put it all together and posted an article in print (courtesy of RANet, below) and online (link courtesy of TeresaA) relating the above interviews of Armitage and Serkis as Hobbit films colleagues and about their upcoming final film in the trilogy, THTBOTFA (logo right, courtesy of wiki).
These two men–Armitage and Serkis–are busier than ever professionally. And we will enjoy their current and upcoming projects as the Summer and Fall progress.
