The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies Tapestry Scroll, Grati’s Thorin Poster Edit, and WB Video Trailer, September 16, 2014 Gratiana Lovelace (Post #636)

I love the graphics that The Hobbit films design team–aka marketers–have shared with fans along the way for each of the three films! The wallpaper generator and other special graphics with the first film was delightful!

And now we have a new tapestry scroll designed for the third film, The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (Thanks to the Virna Pachon for sharing the link to the hi res image at Digital Spy!):

Hopefully, the next tapestry version will share some images of the rest of the Dwarves as EmpireAwards2014--RichardArmitageSept1514RichardArmitageFrance-sizedGratiwell. But in the meantime, I couldn’t resist a little Thorin poster edit of my own (below) of the exquisitely talented British actor Richard Armitage (right at the Empire 2014 Awards courtesy of RAFrance) portraying Thorin Oakenshield):

And to further entice us into full Hobbit BOFA anticipation, here is the official trailer again (as shared by Warner Bros. Pictures, Thanks!):

And finally, just a reminder as to who we have to look forward to seeing in this film:

About Gratiana Lovelace

Gratiana Lovelace is my nom de plume for my creative writing and blogging. I write romantic stories in different sub genres. The stories just tumble out of me. My resurgence in creative writing occurred when I viewed the BBC miniseries of Elizabeth Gaskell's novel North & South in February 2010. The exquisitely talented British actor portraying the male lead John Thornton in North & South--Richard Crispin Armitage--became my unofficial muse. I have written over 50 script stories about love--some are fan fiction, but most are original stories--that I am just beginning to share with others on private writer sites, and here on my blog. And as you know, my blog here is also relatively new--since August 2011. But, I'm having fun and I hope you enjoy reading my blog essays and my stories. Cheers! Grati ;-> upd 12/18/11

  3. Sept. 18, 2014–Richard Armitage tweeted that he is now doing final ADR for The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies

I tweeted RA that I can’t wait to see the BOFA film, though I know it will be heartwrenching. And I told him that … he takes a great selfie. Ha! *covers face embarrassedly*

P.S. Thanks to Lady M of Gisborne for alerting me of RA’s tweet since I had gotten out of Twitter for the night–or so I thought. Ha! It must have been 2am when he posted. The man has a tireless work ethic! Does he ever sleep? Or does RA merely “hang from the rafters” as my hubby jokes about me when I’m up late posting. Ha!
