Fun Day Sunday: “New” 2015 Blog Header for Something About Love, January 04, 2015 Gratiana Lovelace (Post #686)

Something old, something new …  Well, my new 2015 blog banner isn’t part of a wedding ritual.  But it is part of my ritual each each to create a new blog banner/header for the coming year.

And this year in the spirit of optimization, streamlining, and not reinventing the wheel, I’m keeping most of last year’s blog banner/header intact.  It took me a long time to create last year–that background image was quite a manip of the original–and I love it!  The mural in the background image (MS Ofc Clip Art), also reminds me of the painted mural wallpaper in our dining room in my childhood home.

So I swapped out and added a new Thorin BOFA image (courtesy of www.RichardArmitageNet.com).  And I also added a Richard Armitage as John Proctor in The Crucible image (courtesy of The Old Vic). In fact, most of the RA in character images are courtest of RANet).

The sitting Richard Armitage (far left) is from the Esquire UK 2013 photo spread (courtesy of RANet).  But you really have to see the beauty of the originals of this photo spread in its large size magazine format.  I own 2 copies, Ha!
