THTHT—Sleepwalker starring Richard Armitage is released for dvd and streaming sales on October 10th, October 10, 2017 Gratiana Lovelace (Post #1105)

I am itching to see a good film noir movie!  The gloomy mood lighting, mysterious characters, shifting villains, pretzel twisting plotlines, and tumultuous relationships!

The British actor Richard Armitage’s film Sleepwalker looks primed to scratch that itch for me!  Bring it on!

And I don’t even have to wait for it!  Sleepwalker is being released Tuesday, October 10, 2017 on several platforms, including Amazon!  Thanks to Robin T for pointing me to the link!

The film’s plot revolves around a mysterious patient, having cryptic life threatening dreams that she can’t understand. But which reality is reality?  Her dream world or her waking world?

Sleepwalker sounds rather like Hitchcock’s Spellbound’s general premise, but with the doctor and patient gender roles reversed.  Excellent!

Richard Armitage portrays sleep researcher Dr. Scott White who tries to help Sarah.  And he becomes personally involved with his patient.  This should make for lots of sexually tension filled moments in the film.    And will Richard Armitage as Dr. Scott be too hottt to handle?  Let’s hope so!  😉

And speaking of reverse roles, whom should Sarah trust with her life?  Or perhaps, whose life should be trusted with Sarah?  The plot always thickens

I am so  looking forward to seeing Richard Armitage and Ahna O’Reily in Sleepwalker!

About Gratiana Lovelace

Gratiana Lovelace is my nom de plume for my creative writing and blogging. I write romantic stories in different sub genres. The stories just tumble out of me. My resurgence in creative writing occurred when I viewed the BBC miniseries of Elizabeth Gaskell's novel North & South in February 2010. The exquisitely talented British actor portraying the male lead John Thornton in North & South--Richard Crispin Armitage--became my unofficial muse. I have written over 50 script stories about love--some are fan fiction, but most are original stories--that I am just beginning to share with others on private writer sites, and here on my blog. And as you know, my blog here is also relatively new--since August 2011. But, I'm having fun and I hope you enjoy reading my blog essays and my stories. Cheers! Grati ;-> upd 12/18/11

  6. November 25, 2017–clarification: It’s looking like so far–at least the last time I looked–that “Sleepwalker” is initially being streamed. So we’ll get a chance to “rent” it before possibly being able to buy a dvd later.
