Like many of you—most of you, I hope—I have been staying home for over a week now, with doggies at my side. I am fortunate to be able to work from home. And they are long days, not stopping when the work day “officially” ends. So I have not had time to get bored.
My hubby makes the forays to the outside world for food and such–since as an “essential” worker, his job requires him to be onsite.
And we are grateful to both have jobs and paychecks. Though yesterday, my hubby had to negotiate staying on versus being furloughed and relying on unemployment pay.
Hoping you and yours stay safe and healthy. Heeding the stay at home, self isolation directive is the right thing to do to hopefully stop the Covid 19 pandemic. We are probably looking at months, not weeks. But if we all pull together and do our part, we will hopefully get through this.
Hugs & Love, Grati ;->
P.S. And thanks to Eileen Furman Fraser for sharing the cute Winnie the Pooh illustration.
